Taxi Fare Bands
A taxi charges a base fare F for the first K kilometres, then P per additional whole kilometre. Print the fare for a D-kilometre trip.
Input: one line with four integers F K P D.
Output: F if D ≤ K, else F + (D − K)·P.
Constraints:
- 1 ≤ F, P ≤ 106
- 1 ≤ K ≤ D ≤ 109
