Matrix Rank mod p
Compute the rank of an N×M matrix over the field of integers modulo 109+7.
Input: the first line has N and M; the next N lines give the matrix.
Output: the rank.
Constraints:
- 1 ≤ N, M ≤ 300
- 0 ≤ entries < 109+7
