Mask the Email
Mask the local part of an email: keep its first and last character, replace everything between with asterisks (at least one *, even for 2-letter locals).
Input: one line with an email whose local part has ≥ 2 characters.
Output: the masked email.
Constraints:
- 3 ≤ length ≤ 100
- exactly one @
