Insert a dash after every K characters of S (no trailing dash).
Input: the first line has S; the second line has K.
Output: S grouped in K-sized chunks joined by dashes.
Constraints:
- 1 ≤ |S| ≤ 104
- 1 ≤ K ≤ |S|
