Starting from A, each operation either doubles the value or adds 1. Print the minimum operations to reach exactly B (B ≥ A).
Input: one line with two integers A and B.
Output: the minimum number of operations.
Constraints:
- 1 ≤ A ≤ B ≤ 1018
