Count Palindromic Substrings
Count all substrings of S that are palindromes (occurrences count separately, so aaa has 6).
Input: one line with the string S.
Output: the number of palindromic substrings.
Constraints:
- 1 ≤ |S| ≤ 1000
- lowercase letters
