At H hours and M minutes, what is the smaller angle in degrees between the hour and minute hands of an analog clock? The hour hand moves continuously.
Input: one line with two integers H and M.
Output: the angle with exactly one digit after the decimal point (it is always .0 or .5).
Constraints:
- 0 ≤ H ≤ 23
