Position Summary

We are looking for a Junior Android Developer who is enthusiastic, eager to learn, and passionate about mobile app development. You’ll be working closely with our experienced developers to build and maintain Android applications that are fast, responsive, and user-friendly. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in Android development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining Android applications using Java and/or Kotlin.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Identify bugs and implement fixes to improve performance and stability.
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions.
• Stay updated with the latest Android trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Android development and Android Studio.
• Familiarity with Java or Kotlin.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON data parsing.
• Basic experience with version control systems (preferably Git).
• Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Experience with Firebase or other mobile backend platforms.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and Material Design.
• Exposure to Play Store app publishing process.
• Familiarity with agile development workflows.
