Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Software Quality Analyst to join our growing tech team. This is an in-office position suitable for fresh graduates or individuals looking to start their career in software testing and quality assurance. You will be responsible for helping ensure the quality of our software products through manual testing, documentation, and user feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in testing web and mobile applications to identify bugs and usability issues

• Report and document bugs and issues clearly with screenshots, steps, and logs

• Work closely with developers and designers to verify feature functionality

• Perform regression testing after bug fixes or updates

• Ensure software meets quality standards and client requirements

• Learn and follow QA processes, tools, and test case writing

Requirements

• Basic understanding of software and mobile apps

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Eagerness to learn quality assurance and testing practices

• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions

• Must be able to work from the office during assigned hours

Nice to Have (Optional, Not Required)

• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (like Jira, Trello, etc.)

• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

• Academic background in Computer Science or IT (preferred)
