We are seeking skilled Web Developers to join our team. Your role will involve building and enhancing our web applications using PHP and MySQL, including WordPress themes and plugins. You’ll work collaboratively to develop robust back-end solutions. We`re looking for you if you’re passionate about creating efficient, scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop high-quality web applications by integrating PHP and MySQL.

  2. Participate in the entire application development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, with a focus on coding and debugging.

  3. Contribute to the optimization of applications for maximum speed and scalability.

  4. Assist in database design, development, and management in MySQL, ensuring data integrity and performance.

  5. Engage with the development team in code reviews, sharing knowledge and practices to improve code quality and team skills.

  6. Stay updated with emerging web technologies and apply them to operations and activities.

  7. Collaborate across departments to understand user needs and translate them into technical solutions.

  8. Developing WordPress themes and plugins

Additional Requirements
  • Experience as a PHP Developer with a focus on PHP and MySQL.

  • Knowledge of database design, query optimization, and database management.
    Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Good understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile.

Work location: Dhaka City

Salary: 25000 BDT/month

  3. Written Test: Candidates who excel in the phone interview will be invited to a written test, designed to evaluate specific job-related skills and problem-solving abilities.
  4. Departmental Interview via Zoom: Successful candidates from the written test will proceed to a Zoom interview with the department heads. This step focuses on technical skills, team fit, and potential contributions to the department.
  5. HR Interview in Office: Candidates who impress in the departmental interview will have an in-office HR interview. This stage assesses a candidate’s alignment with our company values and long-term potential.
  6. Final Founder Interview: The last step involves a comprehensive interview with our founder, conducted either in-office, on WhatsApp, or via Zoom, depending on the candidate's availability. This is a chance to understand the candidate's vision and motivation.
