Position: Mid-Level Android Developer
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Android Developer with at least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in building Android applications. In this role, you will take ownership of features, contribute to app architecture decisions, and collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver intuitive and high-performance mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Android applications using Java and/or Kotlin
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend engineers to create seamless, user-centric experiences
- Write clean, modular, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices
- Debug and optimize existing applications to improve stability and performance
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
- Stay updated with the latest Android frameworks, libraries, and development trends

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Android app development
- Proficient in Java and/or Kotlin, and Android Studio
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party integration
- Experience with Git or similar version control systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team

Bonus Points
- Experience with Firebase, push notifications, or analytics tools
- Familiarity with Material Design and UI/UX best practices
- Understanding of app lifecycle and memory management
- Exposure to Google Play Store deployment and update processes
- Agile/Scrum development experience
