Position: Senior Video Editor

Avian BPO & IT is an industry-leading BASIS member firm with a focus on Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Information Technology (IT) services. We are currently seeking a talented Senior Video Editor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit video footage into cohesive, engaging narratives that align with project goals and audience expectations.
• Collaborate with our creative team to conceptualize and storyboard interesting and relevant video content.
• Enhance raw video footage using special effects, animation, and other cinematic techniques.
• Maintain an organized and systematic digital file management process for video assets.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
• Provide support to our marketing team and other departments by creating custom graphics and videos as needed.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest video editing technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1+ years of professional experience in video editing.
• Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio.
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong visual design skills, including a solid understanding of color, composition, and typography.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Degree in Design, Film, Animation, or a related field is preferred.
