About the Role

AvianBPO & IT is looking for a dedicated and hard-working Mid-Level UI Designer to join our dynamic and collaborative team. In this on-site role, you’ll be responsible for creating clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces across web and various OS platforms (including mobile and desktop). You will work with design and development teams to translate ideas into high-impact digital experiences using tools like Figma, Webflow, After Effects, and industry-standard AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Freepik AI, Leonardo). Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to translate requirements into intuitive, visually compelling UI designs
• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications across platforms such as Android, iOS, Windows, and macOS
• Create design elements (e.g., buttons, icons, illustrations) that align with project needs and branding
• Build reusable UI components and ensure design consistency across products
• Prepare high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma
• Create graphical assets for Lottie animations and assist with motion graphics using After Effects
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Freepik AI, Leonardo etc.) to support visual problem-solving and branding ideation
• Conduct design QA to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
• Stay up to date with UI/UX trends and apply best practices to improve visual quality
• Assist in basic video editing tasks for app and web promotional content
• Iterate based on feedback from supervisors and stakeholders

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator
• Working knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics and Lottie animations
• Strong sense of modern design trends in web and app UI
• Experience with Webflow is a plus
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or WordPress is a bonus (not mandatory)
• Ability to use AI tools to enhance design workflows and creative solutions
• Strong collaboration, communication, and time-management skills

Additional Skills (Not Mandatory but Highly Valued)

• Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools for producing promotional materials

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field
• Candidates from other disciplines are encouraged to apply, if they can demonstrate a strong portfolio and solid visual design skills
• Should have 2+ years of professional experience in the related field
• Certifications or training in UI/UX design are a plus
• A strong, modern portfolio showcasing UI design work is required
