Job Description:
We are looking for two motivated and enthusiastic Intern HR Managers to join our team for a 2-month internship. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in human resources within a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Help maintain employee records and update the HR database.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Provide support in HR administrative tasks and projects as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support the performance management process by coordinating review schedules and gathering feedback.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous internship or related experience in HR is a plus, but not required.
