Job Description:

We are looking for two motivated and enthusiastic Intern HR Managers to join our team for a 2-month internship. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in human resources within a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Help maintain employee records and update the HR database.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Provide support in HR administrative tasks and projects as needed.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the performance management process by coordinating review schedules and gathering feedback.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous internship or related experience in HR is a plus, but not required.
